Assist Marketing Brand Ambassador Search

Assist Marketing, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and engaging Spanish Bilingual Brand Ambassadors to represent our clients at the upcoming Capitanes Del Futuro soccer event in Houston, Texas.

We are looking for individuals with great energy and a passion for soccer who can fluently speak Spanish. You will be instrumental in creating a positive and memorable experience for all VIP guests.

Event Details:

• Event: Capitanes Del Futuro Soccer Event
• Location: Dads Club Sports Park, 14500 Village Evergreen Trail, Houston, TX 77062, USA (Outdoor Footprint)
• Dates: December 13-14, 2025 (Dates and times are tentative and subject to change)
• Shift Hours: Minimum 5-hours per shift.
• December 13: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• December 14: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Engage with guests and educate them on various aspects of the soccer industry.
• Sign up children for unique soccer experiences, including insights into careers as a professional broadcaster, soccer GM, and sponsorship marketer.
• Politely interact with guests, maintain a clean event area, assist with photo opportunities, and distribute swag.
• Reel in attendees and encourage them to visit and enjoy the event footprint.
• Utilize provided talking points effectively when interacting with consumers.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish is essential.
• Professional, outgoing, and positive personality with a strong willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to take direction from both managers and clients.
• Comfortable walking a distance to the event footprint and standing for extended periods.
• Must be a local staff member. No travel or lodging assistance will be provided.

Program Specifics:

This event will feature three interactive stations: a broadcast booth, a 'sign your player' photo opportunity, and a sponsorship marketing photo opportunity. Your role will be to share insights and encourage guests to explore these engaging areas, highlighting the diverse career paths within soccer beyond playing the sport.

Candidates will be contacted via email or phone with event details, pay rates, and to schedule an online interview if needed. All new Assist Marketing staff are required to complete a mandatory Google Meet video interview before joining the team.
