Position Overview
Waku Tea is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to be an integral part of our vibrant Field Marketing Team in Portland, ME. You will deliver engaging in-store product demonstrations and couponing events, greatly enhancing the visibility of our prebiotic iced tea with its refreshing, delicious taste and no added sugar!
We conduct between 4-6 sampling events per Brand Ambassador weekly, providing all necessary materials such as marketing collateral, coupons, cups, and product samples.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute in-store product demonstrations and couponing events, optimizing brand visibility with every interaction.
- Provide thorough post-event reports, offering valuable insights into customer engagement.
- Educate customers, retailers, and distributors about our products, cultivating deeper relationships and understanding of our brand.
Our Requirements
- Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends.
- Willingness to travel to assigned retail locations.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing demeanor.
- Physical ability to lift product cases and brand materials up to 40 pounds.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability based on audience needs.
- Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, early-stage company setting.
