Compensation

  • Pay Rate: $25 flat rate per completed visit.

Reporting Requirements

  • Use your smartphone for reporting and photo uploads.
  • Bring necessary supplies such as a pen and scissors; all other materials will be provided.
  • Reporting must be submitted the same day, no later than midnight following each visit.

Important Notes

  • Candidates applying for W1 should also apply for W2, as the same individual will be required for both shifts.
  • Wave 1 Primary Dates: 10/12/2025, with a secondary window from 10/13/2025 to 10/25/2025.
  • Wave 2 Primary Dates: 10/26/2025, with a secondary window from 10/27/2025 to 11/08/2025.
