Downtown Fredericksburg Event Ambassador

All Aces Promotional Staffing is looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent an HVAC services client at a downtown event in Fredericksburg, VA. This position involves assisting with booth setup, including tables, tents, giveaways, and promotional items. Brand Ambassadors will engage with guests, discuss the client's products and services, and help with event breakdown. We are seeking individuals who are engaging, energetic, outgoing, and personable. The event takes place at the Visitors Center, 601 Caroline St., Fredericksburg, VA 22401. This is a recurring opportunity, held on the first Friday of each month, ongoing from December 5, 2025, through 2026. While not required to work all events, there is an option for continued engagement. Event Date/Time:

• Date: December 5, 2025 (and ongoing first Fridays)
• Time: 3:30 PM to 9:00 PM (5.5 hours)

The uniform for this role is a red shirt (any shade) and pants. All Aces Promotional Staffing is a W2 company. All necessary paperwork must be completed before official booking. Payment is processed via direct deposit on a biweekly basis.
