Candidates should be local to the Bay Area, as travel reimbursement is not provided. Shifts typically last 6–8 hours, and staff are expected to wear a uniform consisting of black pants, a black button-down or polo, and closed-toe black shoes, with branded jackets or vests provided by the client.

Requirements

  • Proven event production or production management experience
  • Previous experience managing 10+ staff in a high-volume venue or live event setting
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Tech-savvy (comfortable using mobile apps, ticketing systems, or handheld scanners)
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional demeanor, punctuality, and reliability are essential
  • Ability to stand/walk for 6–8 hours and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
