Job Overview
We are seeking an adaptable and motivated individual to assist with the set up and dismantle of our event at Penn State University. This role involves a variety of physical tasks that contribute to the successful execution of the event.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload box truck and unpack display properties.
- Lift and assemble display assets and graphics.
- Assist the onsite manager in the complete setup of the event space.
- Help with dismantle and repack assets after the event.
Heavy lifting and ladder climbing are required during the setup and dismantle processes. Candidates should be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Event Details
- Set Up: Friday, October 24th - approximately 6-8 hours (exact times TBD)
- Dismantle: Saturday, October 25th - after the event's completion, approximately 4 hours (exact times TBD)
Attire Requirements
- A solid color unbranded shirt (preferably black).
- Shorts/T-shirts and sneakers are appropriate; please avoid large logos, pictures, sayings, or holes.
- Bring food/drinks for breaks.
- MUST BE AVAILABLE BOTH DAYS.
Exact hours will be confirmed closer to the event.
