Assist Marketing Sports Activation: Sports Collectibles Activation

Assist Marketing, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic, high-energy Brand Ambassadors to represent one of the most iconic names in sports collectibles! Join us in creating a fun and engaging experience at the Spooky Nook Sports Complex.

Location: Spooky Nook Sports (75 Champ Blvd, Manheim, PA 17545, USA)

Dates/Times:

• Saturday, December 20th: 12:30 PM - 5:30 PM
• Sunday, December 21st: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay:

• Promo Staff: $27/hour + $20 daily bonus for those 30+ miles away (must be on time, in uniform, and receive positive feedback).
• Onsite Backup: $50 Flat Rate

Uniform:

• Top: Black unbranded shirt. If a coat is needed, please bring a black non-branded coat.
• Bottom: Black professional pants or shorts (no jeans, no tights/leggings, no yoga/athletic/spandex, no cut-offs).
• Shoes: Clean black, white, or neutral closed-toe shoes (no heels, flip-flops, sandals, or open-toed shoes).

Responsibilities:

• Drive brand excitement through interaction with event participants.
• Encourage participation with interactive touch screens and a branded photo booth.
• Distribute branded premiums while delivering key brand messages and engaging with consumers.
• Arrive polished and ready to represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Assist with event set-up and tear-down as needed. Must be able to lift 35 lbs.

Requirements:

• Punctuality and an approachable demeanor are essential.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Fully speak and understand English.

Assist Marketing is a W-2 agency. We pay no less than $25.00/hour for all events. If you are considered as a candidate, you will be contacted directly via email or phone to discuss event details, pay rates, and to schedule a video interview. Dates and hours vary per event; hired staff can expect a 5-hour minimum (activation days only) per event.
