GTE Agency is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and demo-savvy Brand Ambassadors to represent products at multiple Walmart locations. If you are outgoing, detail-oriented, and enjoy interacting with shoppers, we encourage you to apply!

This is a consistent, ongoing program with numerous opportunities for work. We are looking for candidates who can commit 100% to assigned shifts and complete all reporting within 24 hours.

Pay: $18-$23/hour, depending on the type of sampling event. Grocery demos pay $18/hour.

Type: Alcohol and Grocery Sampling

Kit and product will be provided at the store location.

Event Representative Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement & Sampling:
  • Greet event guests and invite them to sample products.
  • Clearly and enthusiastically communicate key product messaging.
  • Distribute coupons or promotional materials as available.
• Professionalism & Teamwork:
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and store personnel.
  • Adhere to all directions and adjustments from the store manager.
  • Maintain consistent communication with your Account Executive.
• Event Setup & Maintenance:
  • Efficiently set up and break down the sampling cart and area.
  • Keep the sampling station clean and organized throughout the event.
  • Exercise good judgment and follow all health and safety guidelines.
• Reporting & Follow-up:
  • Complete the Client JET online report within 24 hours of the event.
  • Upload a minimum of 3 event photos with your report (setup, receipt, and shopper engagement pictures are required).
  • Provide clear documentation of your performance and event setup.

Dress Code:

All-black attire is required:

• Black pants
• Black collared shirt
• Black non-slip shoes

A pre-event call is likely to occur next week. Please note, if you have already confirmed a shift, switching is not permitted. We have many openings that need to be filled promptly, so please carefully review your availability before requesting shifts.
