All-American Cheese Sampling: Balducci's

Icon Food Marketing is seeking enthusiastic, professional, and reliable Brand Ambassadors to represent a premier All-American cheese brand. Join our team for the Autumn Bites & Cheesy Delights sampling activation at select Balducci’s Market locations.

We are looking for passionate, sales-driven, engaging, and reliable individuals to create memorable experiences for consumers.

Event Details:
Location: Balducci's - Alexandria, 600 Franklin St, Alexandria, VA 22314

Dates & Hours:
October 19th, 2025: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
October 26th, 2025: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:

• Assist with demo setup and breakdown.
• Sample and educate consumers on the brand’s products.
• Engage with retail partner customers to drive sales and educate them on the brand's product experience.
• MUST complete a post-event recap with photos at the end of each day.

Requirements:

• Prior Brand Ambassador or experiential marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs. with ease.
• In good health, able to stand and work long hours.
• Outgoing personality and comfortable interacting with consumers.
• Must have a rating of four stars or better to be considered.
• A resume must be attached to your TH profile.
• A profile photo of yourself is required; avatars, AI-generated images, or heavily filtered photos will not be accepted.
• Applicants must be relatively local to the job site. We are not considering traveling Brand Ambassadors at this time.
