Job Opportunity Overview
We are seeking passionate and experienced Field Market Managers and Brand Ambassadors to promote and sample our client’s premium kimchi at various Costco locations nationwide. Our client has been a leader in Korean pantry staples since 1956 and the number one producer of authentic kimchi since 1987. Made from high-quality, gluten-free, and probiotic-rich ingredients, their kimchi is renowned for its unique taste and health benefits.
This role involves participating in Costco Roadshow events, where selected individuals will provide customers with exclusive access to taste and purchase premium items for a limited time. Demos will take place across select Costco locations, offering shoppers a unique opportunity to experience premium fermented foods firsthand.
Key Dates and Compensation
- Pay: $35/hour for Field Market Managers; $30/hour for Brand Ambassadors (W2 Employment)
- Event Dates: October 23, 2025 - October 26, 2025
- Shift Times:
- Thu 10-23-2025: 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Fri 10-24-2025: 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Sat 10-25-2025: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Sun 10-26-2025: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements
- • Must have Food Handler Certification/ServSafe Certification (or the ability to acquire one upon hiring)
- • Must be 18 years or older
- • Ability to confidently communicate key brand messages and product details to consumers
- • Track inventory to maintain proper stock levels during demos
- • Maintain professionalism with customers and store staff
- • Comfortable conducting in-store demonstrations and achieving high sales targets
- • Passion for health-oriented and better-for-you brands
