Participation in our online training and product education is mandatory to equip Ambassadors with the knowledge needed to effectively communicate key message points to consumers. A passion for exceptional customer service and product promotion is essential to thrive in this role.
Job Requirements
- Must be outgoing, professional, reliable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable speaking to consumers and presenting in front of crowds
- 1-2 years of promotional and/or tradeshow experience
- Reliable transportation to events
- Ability to lift 35 lbs and stand for long periods
Responsibilities
- Arrive punctually at scheduled events
- Retain brand knowledge through training and training sessions
- Engage consumers, encouraging participation in product sampling
- Direct consumers to various products available for tasting
- Distribute marketing materials and manage inventory of products
- Collect consumer feedback on sampled products
- Set up, maintain, and dismantle the event space
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness
- Communicate urgent matters to Supervisor/Manager during events
- Follow uniform policies during events

Requirements
