About This Role
We are seeking passionate, reliable, energetic, health-conscious, and experienced Field Market Managers & Brand Ambassadors to represent our client’s premium kimchi at various Costco locations nationwide.
Our client has been a leader in Korean pantry staples since 1956 and has been the number one producer of authentic Kimchi since 1987. Their kimchi products are made with quality ingredients, are plant-forward, gluten-free, probiotic-rich, and available across the world. Their kimchi encourages lactic acid and beneficial bacteria while discouraging other microbes, ensuring a safe and stable fermentation process that delivers high-quality kimchi with deep flavor.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be showcasing these products at Costco Roadshow events, a special in-store experience where customers receive exclusive access to try and purchase premium items for a limited time. Our demonstrations will take place at select locations nationwide, providing customers with the opportunity to taste and experience the quality of these premium, fermented foods firsthand.
Pay:
- Field Market Manager (FMM): $35 / HR
- Brand Ambassador (BA): $30 / HR
- Paid as a W2 Employee
Dates:
- October 23, 2025 - October 26, 2025
Shift Times:
- Thursday, 10-23-2025: 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Friday, 10-24-2025: 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Saturday, 10-25-2025: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Sunday, 10-26-2025: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements:
- Must have Food Handler Certification/ServSafe Certification (or the ability to obtain one upon hiring).
- Must be 18+ years of age.
- Ability to confidently speak about the brand, sharing key messages and product details with consumers.
- A strong drive to achieve high sales goals by actively engaging shoppers and highlighting current sales opportunities.
- Comfortable tracking inventory to ensure proper stock levels during demonstrations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers and store staff.
- Comfortable conducting in-store demos and working towards sales targets.
- A passion for health and "better-for-you" brands.
