About This Role
We are seeking passionate, reliable, energetic, health-conscious, and experienced Field Market Managers & Brand Ambassadors to represent our client's premium kimchi at various Costco locations nationwide.
Pay:
- Field Market Manager (FMM): $35 per hour
- Brand Ambassador (BA): $30 per hour
This is a W2 Employee position.

- Thu, October 23, 2025: 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Fri, October 24, 2025: 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Sat, October 25, 2025: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Sun, October 26, 2025: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Our client has been a leader in Korean pantry staples since 1956 and the number one producer of authentic kimchi since 1987. Their kimchi products are made with quality ingredients, are plant-forward, gluten-free, and probiotic-rich, and are available worldwide. This kimchi encourages lactic acid and beneficial bacteria while discouraging other microbes, ensuring a safe and stable fermentation process that delivers a high-quality product with deep flavor.
We will be showcasing these exceptional products at Costco Roadshow events, which are special in-store experiences where customers can exclusively try and purchase premium items for a limited time. Our demonstrations will take place at select locations nationwide, offering customers the opportunity to taste and experience the quality of these premium, fermented foods firsthand.
Requirements:
- Must possess a Food Handler Certification/ServSafe Certification (or the ability to obtain one upon hiring).
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be able to confidently articulate brand messaging and product details to consumers.
- Must be able to achieve high sales goals through active engagement with shoppers and effective highlighting of current sales opportunities.
- Must be comfortable tracking inventory to ensure proper stock levels during demonstrations.
- Must maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with customers and store staff.
- Must be comfortable conducting in-store demonstrations and working towards high sales targets.
- Must have a passion for health and "better for you" brands.
Requirements
