Bacardi Portfolio Sales Promotion

We are seeking reliable, friendly, outgoing, and sales-driven individuals in and around the surrounding area of Phoenix/Mesa to join our team as Promotional Specialists for Bacardi Portfolio events.

As a Promotional Specialist, you will be the face of the brand, educating, sampling, and engaging with consumers. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a very well-known beverage brand and bring positive attention and awareness to what makes our brands great! This particular event is scheduled for December 31, 2025, from 4 PM - 6 PM.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Execute fun, interactive events with consumers at local events, retail spaces, restaurants, bars, and other special events as needed.
• Encourage consumers to engage and participate in activations.
• Distribute marketing materials, promotional items, or additional collateral and products provided.
• Articulate best practices and trends back to the Regional Manager via recap and event photos.
• Build brand awareness and help increase client members.
• Assist in event setup/breakdown of promotional assets.

WAYS TO STAND OUT:

• Must be 21+.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone.
• Must be reliable and a good communicator.
• Ability to push sales.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

• Shifts are available sporadically throughout the year, with both day and night shifts offered.
• You choose the shifts you want to work.
• Events are both on-premise (at bars/special events) and off-premise.
• The pay schedule is bi-weekly.
