About This Role

As a Brand Ambassador (BA), you will play a crucial role in the success of our focus group sessions. Your primary responsibilities include welcoming participants, ensuring a smooth session flow, and accurately capturing detailed feedback. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with excellent observational and note-taking skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and Logistics:
    • Warmly greet all arriving participants.
    • Ensure participants sign in on the provided sheet.
    • Direct participants to refreshments.
    • Guide participants to their seats as the session begins.
  • Seating Chart Creation:
    • Develop a seating chart at the start of each session for accurate note-taking.
    • Record each participant's name in their assigned seat; numbering participants for easy reference is optional.
  • Live Note-Taking:
    • Capture annotated notes throughout the meeting, specifically focusing on participant comments, questions, concerns, feedback, or ideas.
    • Tag each comment with the corresponding participant's name or number using your seating chart.
  • Scope of Notes:
    • Adhere to the Facilitator template, documenting all audience responses, lived experiences, APA Guiding Principles, and SWOT analyses.
    • Concentrate solely on participant contributions, avoiding notes on the facilitator's presentation unless directly linked to a participant's response or reaction.
  • Note-Taking Tools:
    • Utilize any combination of comfortable tools, including a recording device, laptop with Microsoft Word, iPad for typing or voice recording, or a phone for voice recording, transcribing, or note-taking.
    • BAs MUST take handwritten notes with a printed seating chart.
    • The goal is to capture participant input as accurately and comprehensively as possible.
  • After the Session:
    • If an audio recording was made, clearly label the file and submit it with your notes for reference.

Preferred Language Skills: Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Cantonese, and Siamese.
