Brand Ambassadors are invited to elevate the guest experience at X Games Aspen, embodying the spirit of our silver and gold level hospitality. This dynamic role involves a blend of direct guest interaction and meticulous operational support, ensuring a seamless and premium atmosphere throughout our exclusive hospitality areas. Our Brand Ambassadors are integral to creating memorable moments for our guests, serving as the frontline of our event experience. They are expected to represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism, making every guest interaction a positive reflection of our commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities include engaging with guests, maintaining the pristine appearance of the hospitality spaces, and providing accurate information. Additionally, Brand Ambassadors will lend crucial support during load-in and load-out phases and adapt to various needs that may arise during event operations. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

• Engage with guests to enhance their hospitality experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within designated hospitality areas.
• Address guest inquiries and provide helpful information.
• Assist with light load-in and load-out tasks.
• Support various on-site needs to ensure smooth event execution.

This position requires a commitment of 8 hours per day for 3 days, with shifts scheduled from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Compensation will be provided weekly via W2.
