Better-For-You-Soda Tropical Pop-Up

We are seeking enthusiastic and guest-focused individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors and Assistant Local Leads for an exciting, limited-time, tropical-themed mobile tour. This immersive pop-up activation will take place inside a custom airstream at major retailers nationwide, transforming everyday parking lots into vibrant summer experiences.

The event features carnival games, a GIF/photo station, product sampling, and exclusive merchandise giveaways. We are looking for proactive, reliable, and engaging team members who are ready to bring amazing energy and ensure a memorable experience for all attendees.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Individuals who exude amazing energy from start to finish.
• Experts at generating excitement at game stations.
• Those who love assisting guests in creating fun GIFs at our meme-maker photo booth.
• Team members capable of guiding attendees through the experience to unlock limited-edition merchandise.
• Proactive, reliable, and engagement-driven individuals – this is an active, hands-on role.

Role Breakdown:

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities ($30/hr):

• Greet guests and explain the event “passport.”
• Operate carnival-style games (e.g., Pineapple Bobbing).
• Distribute cold product samples.
• Guide guests at photo/GIF stations.
• Handle merchandise redemptions and prize giveaways.

Assistant Local Lead Responsibilities ($33/hr):

• Arrive early to assist with event setup.
• Help manage Brand Ambassador team, energy, and breaks.
• Assist the Tour Manager with restocking product and merchandise.
• Support workflow across all stations and jump in as needed.
• Provide light reporting and feedback.

Uniform:

• Branded long-sleeve shirt (provided)
• Branded hat (provided)
• Clean white tennis shoes (employee provided)
