Plantain Chips Store Demo

We're seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and sales-oriented Brand Ambassadors to facilitate an engaging in-store event at select Publix locations. If you possess a passion for snacks, clean ingredients, and enjoy interacting with people, this presents an excellent opportunity to represent a heritage snack brand renowned for its delectable, crispy plantain chips.

This opportunity is available during the entire month of October, with a consistent shift time from 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (4 hours). The compensation is $25/hr – $100 per demo.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of a heritage snack brand, responsible for setting up your own table and tablecloth to create an inviting product display, sampling the product, and engaging shoppers. Your primary objective will be to encourage product trial, boost sales, and connect with three key shopper demographics:

• Flavor Explorers: Younger, adventurous snackers – engage with high energy and excitement, emphasizing the unique taste profile.
• Comfort Cravers: Family-oriented, nostalgic shoppers – highlight the brand's tradition and cultural roots.
• Clean Ingredient Families: Busy parents – underscore the clean label and wholesome ingredients.

What You’ll Do:

• Complete a brief video interview and attend virtual live training.
• Bring your own table and tablecloth (required).
• Wear a branded hat (provided).
• Arrive punctually, set up your demo station, and maintain its organization.
• Sample the product, engage customers, and drive purchases.
• Maintain communication with the program lead throughout your shift and submit recap photos.

You are an ideal candidate if you:

• Are outgoing, responsible, and motivated by results.
• Possess prior demo, sales, or customer service experience.
• Are well-spoken, reliable, and maintain a professional demeanor in-store.
• Can stand for 4 hours and lift light materials.
