About the Role
We are seeking friendly and reliable Brand Ambassadors to represent our heritage snack brand, Plantain Chips, at select Publix locations. This is an incredible opportunity for individuals who are passionate about snacks made from clean ingredients and enjoy connecting with people.
You will be responsible for creating an inviting display, sampling our product, and engaging shoppers, all while encouraging them to try and purchase our plantain chips. Your main focus will be on three customer segments:
- Flavor Explorers: Younger, adventurous snackers who appreciate high energy and excitement.
- Comfort Cravers: Family-oriented shoppers who value tradition and cultural roots.
- Clean Ingredient Families: Parents looking for healthy snack options.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete a short video interview and attend a virtual live training session.
- Set up your own table and tablecloth, as well as wear a provided branded hat.
- Sample products and engage with customers to drive sales.
- Maintain organization at your demo station and stay in contact with the program lead during your shift.
- Capture and send recap photos of your demo.
This role is perfect for those who thrive in social environments and have previous demo, sales, or customer service experience.
