About the Role
We are seeking friendly, reliable, and sales-focused Brand Ambassadors to support a special in-store event at select Publix locations throughout Atlanta. If you are passionate about snacks and clean ingredients, and love interacting with customers, this role is perfect for you!
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our heritage snack brand known for its delicious, crispy plantain chips. Your primary duties include setting up an inviting display with your own table and tablecloth, sampling our product, and engaging with shoppers to encourage them to try and purchase our snacks. You will connect with three key shopper types:
- Flavor Explorers: Younger snackers who appreciate adventure and new flavors.
- Comfort Cravers: Family-oriented shoppers who value tradition and nostalgia.
- Clean Ingredient Families: Busy parents focused on healthy eating.
Responsibilities
- Complete a short video interview and attend virtual training.
- Bring your own table and tablecloth as required.
- Wear a provided branded hat.
- Set up your demo station, keeping it organized.
- Sample our product while engaging customers to drive sales.
- Stay connected with the program lead during your shift and send recap photos.
What We Are Looking For
Ideal candidates are outgoing, responsible, and motivated by results, with prior experience in demos, sales, or customer service. You must be well-spoken, reliable, and able to stand for 4 hours while lifting light materials. Join us in creating an engaging shopping experience!
