About This Role
We are seeking a high-energy, outgoing Activation, Field, or Brand Ambassador Manager to represent our racing name kits at various events.
In this role, you will be responsible for the complete on-site operation, including:
- Setting up the promotional booth.
- Operating the POS system (Shopify) for sales transactions.
- Promoting and selling racing name kits to event attendees.
- Handling the breakdown of the booth and preparing it for return shipment to the company.
A sales-driven individual is a significant asset. We offer an attractive incentive program:
- Sell 150 Kits: $100 incentive bonus
- Sell 200 Kits: Additional $100 incentive bonus
Experience with marathons is a plus, whether as a participant or event support. All necessary assets and Point of Sale (POS) equipment will be available on-site at the convention center upon your arrival for retrieval and setup. Upon completion of the event, you will be responsible for breaking down the assets and arranging their shipment back to the company, for which you will be compensated for an additional hour of work.
