About the Role
Vibrance Marketing, a leading field sales company for natural brands, is on the lookout for motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to represent Lily's Chocolates during in-store demonstrations. As a Brand Ambassador, you will have the unique opportunity to engage with customers, educate them on the ingredients and health benefits of our products, and drive sales through sampling.
Weekend availability is crucial, although some demos may be scheduled during the week. In this self-scheduling role, you will need to call stores to confirm inventory and set up your demos independently.
Payment Details
- Compensation: $30/hr (1099 contractor)
- Paid weekly via Bill.com, with payments issued every Friday. Please submit reports by 9 AM EST on Mondays; incomplete reports may delay payment.
- Note: Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck, and there is no travel pay for this position.

To effectively execute the role, candidates must provide their own:
- Table and black fabric tablecloth
- Ice bucket or relevant display tools as per product requirements
- Maintain professional communication via email and adhere to established food safety guidelines.

- • Set up and maintain a clean demo area.

- • Submit detailed and professional demo reports.
- • Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.
