Join our hospitality and guest services team at the World Endurance Challenge taking place at Circuit of The Americas in Austin, TX. We are looking for energetic, outgoing individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional experiences for event attendees.
Schedule
- Virtual Training: September 3, 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
- Event Dates:
- September 5, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- September 6, 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Pay
- Hourly Wage: $28.00/hr
- Parking: Provided on site
Key Responsibilities
- Ticketing: Assist guests with ticket scanning, entry, and resolving basic inquiries for a smooth arrival process.
- Paddock Ticket Takers: Manage access into the paddock area by verifying tickets and credentials for authorized guests.
- ADA Golf Cart Driver: Provide safe transportation assistance for guests with accessibility needs.
- Tower Staff: Welcome and guide guests, assist with seating, and provide event information.
- Information Booth/ Shuttle Stop: Be a primary resource for guests, answering questions related to the event, venue, and transportation.
- Merchandise Support: Engage with customers and assist in processing merchandise transactions.
- Public Golf Cart Drivers: Safely transport guests across the venue while offering assistance and directions.
- Hospitality Staff: Ensure a first-class experience by assisting with seating and addressing guest inquiries.
All team members are expected to greet and engage with attendees in a friendly, professional manner while assisting with crowd flow and guest support.
