Sauz In-Store Demo Promotion

Mariano Events is seeking professional Brand Ambassadors for in-store demonstrations of a variety of products.

We are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals for events, promotions, and in-store demonstrations. Successful Brand Ambassadors will be professional, well-spoken, reliable, self-motivated, and possess excellent verbal communication skills. Ambassadors must have the ability to generate brand sales through consumer engagement. To ensure your success, participation in our online training and product education is required.

This is a 3-4 hour demonstration role, primarily on weekends. The pay rate is $28/hour.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Arriving on time to events
• Retaining brand knowledge via training calls and presentations and communicating key message points intelligently to consumers
• Attracting, interacting with, and encouraging consumers to participate
• Directing consumers to the various products being sampled
• Distributing premiums and maintaining an accurate inventory of sampled product
• Collecting feedback from every target consumer sampling the product
• Setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the event space
• Having knowledge of standard food safety rules and maintaining the cleanliness of the event area
• Communicating with a Supervisor/Manager regarding all urgent matters during the event
• Adhering to the uniform policy

Required Experience/Skills:

• Must be outgoing, professional, reliable, and motivated
• Must be comfortable talking to consumers, speaking in front of crowds, and interacting with clients
• 1-2 years of promotional and/or trade show experience
• Must have a reliable form of transportation to events
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
