Mulino Bianco In-Store Demos

Mariano Events is seeking enthusiastic and professional Brand Ambassadors for exciting in-store demonstrations of a variety of products, including Mulino Bianco. We are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals to represent brands at events, promotions, and in-store demonstrations.

This role requires individuals who are professional, well-spoken, reliable, self-motivated, and possess excellent verbal communication skills. Brand Ambassadors will be responsible for generating brand sales through engaging consumer interactions. To ensure your success, participation in our online training and product education is required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Arrive on time to all events.
• Retain brand knowledge through training calls and presentations, and intelligently communicate key message points to consumers.
• Attract, interact with, and encourage consumers to participate in demonstrations.
• Direct consumers to the various products being sampled.
• Distribute premiums and maintain an accurate inventory of sampling products.
• Collect feedback from every target consumer sampling the product.
• Set up, maintain, and break down the event space.
• Possess knowledge of standard food safety rules and maintain the cleanliness of the event area.
• Communicate with your Supervisor/Manager regarding all urgent matters during the event.
• Adhere to uniform policy.

This position involves 3-4 hour demonstrations, primarily on weekends, with a competitive pay rate of $28/hr.

Required Experience/Skills:

• Must be outgoing, professional, reliable, and motivated.
• Must be comfortable talking to consumers, speaking in front of crowds, and interacting with clients.
• 1-2 years of promotional and/or tradeshow experience.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation to events.
• Must be able to lift 35lbs.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
