About This Role
Mariano Events is seeking professional Brand Ambassadors for in-store demonstrations of a variety of products. This is a 3-4 hour demo position, primarily on weekends, with a pay rate of $28/hr.
We are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals for events, promotions, and in-store demonstrations. Successful candidates must be professional, well-spoken, reliable, self-motivated, and possess excellent verbal communication skills. Brand Ambassadors are responsible for generating brand sales through exceptional consumer engagement. To ensure your success, participation in our online training and product education is required.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Must be outgoing, professional, reliable, and motivated.
- Must be comfortable talking to consumers, speaking in front of crowds, and interacting with clients.
- 1-2 years of promotional and/or tradeshow experience.
- Must have a reliable form of transportation to events.
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Arriving on time to your events.
- Retaining brand knowledge through training calls and presentations, and intelligently communicating key message points to consumers.
- Attracting, interacting with, and encouraging consumers to participate.
- Directing consumers to the various products being sampled.
- Distributing premiums and maintaining an accurate inventory of sampled products.
- Collecting feedback from every target consumer sampling the product.
- Setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the event space.
- Having knowledge of standard food safety rules and maintaining the cleanliness of the event area.
- Communicating with Supervisor/Manager regarding all urgent matters during the event.
- Adhering to the uniform policy.
