- Create and manage event schedules using Havas Street Hub/Portal.
- Monitor field team mileage and expenses, providing weekly reports to the Account Team Lead.
- Conduct spot checks on events, offering constructive feedback and coaching to staff.

Identify and nurture potential Lead BAs through tailored coaching.

Events and Campaign Management:
- Ensure exceptional execution of market events and special campaigns, meeting client standards.
- Identify staffing needs and coordinate with support teams for proper staffing in assigned markets.
- Communicate event details and instructions effectively to the field team.
- Ensure timely posting of event recaps to Havas Street Hub, capturing essential data and engaging visuals.
