About This Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to represent our clients at various events, ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees. This role requires a professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to different event needs.
Event #1: TBD
- Responsibilities will include attendee check-in and presenting medals to participants.
- Brand Ambassadors will also be expected to pose for photographs with attendees.
Event #2: American Towman Festival Night
- Venue: Baltimore Renaissance Hotel Grand Ballroom
- Dates/Times: Saturday, November 22 - (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
- Attire: Evening Gown
- Responsibilities include guest check-in and assisting "Heroes" in preparation for the "March of Heroes." Brand Ambassadors will escort them onto the stage and guide them to their designated places during the ceremony.
Pay Rate: $25-$35/hr, with an additional $15 daily provided for parking/transportation costs. Please note that attire and roles may vary based on specific client requirements.
Responsibilities
- • Check in of Attendees.
- • Pin medal on for anyone that doesn’t have someone there to do it.
- • Pose for Photos.
- • Check in of guests.
- • Assist with getting Heroes ready for the March of Heroes.
- • Escort them onto the stage and back to their place in line during the ceremony.
