Bru Coffee Community Engagement

We are seeking an energetic and community-focused Brand Ambassador to represent our coffee brand at local events, grocery stores, and retail locations. This role is designed for someone who is passionate about creating authentic connections, especially within Asian and Indian communities.

IMPORTANT! Must be fluent in Hindi OR of Indian descent to authentically connect with target communities and store owners.

• Drive brand awareness and engagement within Asian and Indian communities.
• Engage local shoppers by offering hot and iced coffee samples.
• Create a memorable and impactful brand experience through authentic, high-touch interactions.
• Communicate key brand messages with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Provide detailed feedback on consumer responses and event results.
• Ensure a professional, engaging presence that reflects the brand’s values.

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in Hindi OR of Indian descent to authentically connect with target communities and store owners.
• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous brand ambassador, event, or sampling experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs (sampling equipment/supplies).
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
• Reliable transportation to travel to different locations.
• Must activate Saturday or Sunday.
• Each store must be visited 2x.
• Must respectfully schedule and activate at each store.
