About This Role
Join Pyramid Consulting Group as an Events Production Assistant/Stock Support, a dynamic role perfect for an organized and detail-oriented individual. This position offers a flexible schedule, with 2-3 days per week at our showroom and additional hours for events, including some nights and weekends. We are currently seeking a candidate for a temporary assignment from October 6th to November 5th, with potential for extension.
You will work flexible 7-hour shifts, choosing either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday for consistent days, with opportunities to add additional dates. As part of our team, you'll be instrumental in preparing for and executing various events.
- Take inventory of event supplies, props, and gifting
- Receive and unpack shipments, meticulously checking deliveries against packing slips
- Maintain organized, tidy, and clearly labeled storage areas
- Restock and prepare supplies in advance of events or activations
- Accurately maintain records using our Google Sheets tracker
- Communicate effectively with remote employees regarding package statuses
- Assist with event load-in and load-out as needed
We are looking for someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented, possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, and can lift up to 30 pounds. Pyramid Consulting Group offers weekly pay via direct deposit for this W2 assignment. While we appreciate all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
