YOUR ROLE
Legacy Marketing is seeking energetic and passionate Product Specialists / Brand Ambassadors to represent our well-known spirits brands in local on and/or off-premise accounts. Ideal candidates will engage store owners, managers, and customers by actively sampling, discussing the brand, and fostering a love for it.
Event Date: 12/26 from 2 PM to 6 PM in Bonsall, CA (includes setup, event activation & breakdown). This position also requires a trip to storage in San Diego to pick up and return assets, which will be compensated with an additional 2 hours of time.
Must Have: A large SUV, truck, or van to transport oversized assets, which includes a 6" fake Christmas tree and a portable pop-up bar cart.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Mix cocktails to sample the brand at off-premise accounts.
- Exceed liquor sales goals within the designated market.
- Promote the brand to retail store owners and consumers in a professional, credible, and persuasive manner.
- Seek out and report new opportunities, competitive information/activity, etc.
- Provide timely, accurate post-event reporting via an online reporting system.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Flexible schedule including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability and willingness to travel to various work locations throughout the local market.
- Previous off-premise liquor sampling experience; on-premise experience a plus.
- Proven sales skills, ideally within beer/wine/spirits.
- Previous bartending experience is a plus, but not required.
- Dependability and punctuality (no tolerance for "no call, no shows").
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Reliable access to a computer.
- Friendly, professional demeanor.
