As a Brand Ambassador, you will engage with guests and ensure a seamless experience in the Delta Airlines VIP Lounge. Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests, checking them in, managing queues, assisting with the Delta app, and floating between areas to provide support.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check-in guests at the Delta Airlines VIP Lounge, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Manage queues and wait times, keeping guests informed and engaged.
- Assist attendees with the Delta app to enhance their experience.
- Maintain professionalism by staying proactive and off personal phones during the event.
- Create a high-energy environment that reflects Delta Airlines’ brand values and mission.
Event Details
- Location: Near Christian Herter Park (Event Address: TBD)
- Dates & Times:
- Virtual Training: TBD (1 hour)
- October 17: 8:45 AM - 6:30 PM
- October 18: 8:45 AM - 6:30 PM
- October 19: 8:45 AM - 7:00 PM
- Pay: $28.00/hr
- Parking: Up to $30.00 with proof of receipt.
Positions Available:
- Floater: Assist across all areas, supporting staff and ensuring smooth operations.
- Queue Manager: Direct guests, manage lines, communicate wait times, and assist with Delta app usage.
- General Admission (GA) Check-In: Welcome and check-in guests for a smooth entry.
- VIP Check-In: Provide exceptional attention to detail for VIP guests' check-in.
