About This Role

As a Retail Activation Specialist, you will be responsible for servicing a set route of approximately 10–15 accounts daily, with potential variations based on market needs. You will submit daily updates and maintain accurate records using CRM tools such as Repsly.

You will participate in meetings and provide valuable feedback on retail execution and identify new opportunities to enhance our presence.

  • Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license are essential, along with the ability to clear an MVR.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, with a focus on in-store visits.
  • Possess strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work comfortably in various store environments, including cold vaults and using ladders.
  • Must be self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
