Laura's Honey Christmas Market Sampling

We are seeking four reliable, energetic, and sales-driven individuals to represent Laura's Raw Honey at the Boston Snowport Christmas Market. This role involves sampling and selling our award-winning local honey, sharing our brand story, and providing a warm, inviting customer experience during this busy holiday market.

Responsibilities:

• Sample and sell honey to customers
• Educate guests about Laura’s Raw Honey and its background
• Process payments efficiently through the Square app (no cash sales)
• Remain in the booth at all times during your shift, with exceptions for restroom breaks
• Dress warmly, as the booth is outdoors, though equipped with lights and a heater
• Utilize the combination lock to securely open and close the booth each shift
• Demonstrate dependability and responsible schedule management

Requirements:

• Strong sales skills: friendly, persuasive, and confident in engaging with crowds
• Reliable and accountable: consistently punctual for all shifts
• Attention to detail: accurately process sales and maintain an organized booth
• Outgoing and approachable: capable of creating a welcoming experience that attracts customers
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor holiday market environment

Training & Support:
Laura will personally conduct in-person training for all team members. Additional training materials will be provided via Google Docs to ensure comprehensive preparation for brand representation.
