Overview

We are looking for a punctual and reliable Brand Ambassador to represent top wine and spirits brands at Total Wine & More. In this role, you will engage with customers in an approachable manner, providing tastings and sharing the unique stories behind our brands.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage a sampling station inside the store.
  • Engage with customers, offer tastings, and educate shoppers on featured products.
  • Track samples and maintain a professional display to ensure an inviting atmosphere.
  • Ensure compliance with ID verification and sampling regulations to promote responsible drinking.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with wine, beer, or spirits sampling is preferred.
  • Must be 21+ with a friendly, outgoing personality.
  • TIPS or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable standing for the duration of the shift.
  • Reliable transportation is required.

Additional Information

Personal Alcohol and Certified Alcohol - Off Premise licensing must be obtained as part of this role.
