About This Role
We are seeking a punctual, reliable, and professional Brand Ambassador to represent top wine & spirits brands at Total Wine & More. As a Brand Ambassador, you will engage with customers, provide tastings, and share brand stories in an approachable and memorable way.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting up and managing a sampling station inside the store
- Engaging with customers, offering tastings, and educating shoppers on featured products
- Tracking samples and maintaining a professional display
- Ensuring compliance with ID verification and sampling regulations
Requirements:
- Previous wine, beer, or spirits sampling experience preferred
- Must be 21+ with a friendly, outgoing personality
- TIPS or equivalent certification a plus
- Comfortable standing for the duration of the shift
- Required Transportation
- Personal Alcohol - Certified Alcohol - Off Premise
