About This Role
We are seeking passionate, reliable, energetic, and experienced In-Store Demo Representatives to conduct engaging food demonstrations at wholesale restaurant supply stores nationwide. This role involves preparing, cooking, and sampling a diverse range of food products, introducing them to professionals in the food service industry.
This is a W2 Employee position with competitive pay based on location. The program runs from March 2025 - Ongoing, with demos scheduled Monday - Friday. There are no weekend shifts. Each demo is 4 hours in duration, with available shift times from 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
Representatives will typically work 1-6 demos per week on a regular, ongoing basis, often at the same location for every shift. Opportunities for double shifts are available.

As an In-Store Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting products from a well-known restaurant supply company. Your responsibilities will include both cooking and non-cooking demonstrations, merchandising, building strong customer relationships, gathering valuable feedback, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain an appealing and professional demo station within the store.
- Prepare and distribute samples of food products to showcase product offerings. Cooking skills are required, with examples of dishes including deep-frying chicken tenders, searing fish fillets, preparing burgers/hot sandwiches, and making smoothies.
- Engage actively with consumers, educating them on the featured products, their benefits, and ingredients.
- Utilize strong sales techniques to actively sell promoted products.
- Comfortably discuss product suitability and application in professional kitchens with restaurant owners and chefs.
- Gather feedback from consumers and communicate it effectively to the appropriate teams.
