Role Overview

We are seeking outgoing and energetic Brand Ambassadors who can confidently engage with shoppers and effectively drive sales. This role focuses on proactive interaction—moving around the floor, initiating conversations, providing hands-on product demonstrations, and helping customers recognize how our tables can resolve real space and lifestyle challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage & Sell: Proactively initiate friendly conversations with shoppers to showcase Transformer Table’s premium furniture solutions.
  • Demonstrate Products: Present product features and transformations confidently through live demonstrations, such as extending tables and modular setups.
  • Educate Customers: Explain quality, functionality, and pricing to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
  • Drive Conversions: Build excitement and guide shoppers through the next steps to finalize high-value sales.
  • Maintain Presentation: Ensure the booth is organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
  • Support Operations: Assist with setup, light tear-down, and kit organization as needed.

Event Details

  • Setup Day: Thursday, October 23rd, from 8:30 PM to 11:00 PM (plus optional next-day AM setup from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM)
  • Roadshow Dates: Friday, October 24th – Sunday, November 2nd (10 consecutive days)
  • Final Teardown Day: Sunday, November 2nd, from 6:15 PM to 8:15 PM
  • Availability: Ambassadors do not need to be available for every shift. Karma will provide 2–3 Brand Ambassadors per roadshow to cover shifts throughout the 10 days.
