About This Role
We are seeking a Photo Booth Activation Manager to join the Flash Co. Photo Booth team for an exciting on-site family portrait experience with Santa Claus at The Spruce Meadows Christmas Market.
This is a temporary position for the duration of the Christmas Market. You must be local to Calgary, AB.
Paid training will take place in-person at our Calgary home office. The estimated training date will be determined, but it will be prior to November 13th.
Event Dates:
- November 13th - 16th (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday activations)
- November 21st - 23rd (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday activations)
- November 28th - 30th (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday activations)
The Role:
The Photo Booth Activation Manager is responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable event experience for families and children. This role requires a general knowledge of the photo booth system and a commitment to guest engagement throughout the event. Your responsibilities will include:
- Picking up the photo booth from our centrally located offices in Calgary.
- Driving to Spruce Meadows.
- Setting up the photo booth.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the booth throughout service.
- Interacting with families and children of all ages as they sit for a photo with Santa.
- Ensuring everyone receives their printed photo to take home.
- Ensuring everyone receives a digital copy of their photo via text.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and changing printer paper as needed.
- Dropping off the photo booth back at our offices at the end of your shift.
Setting up and running the booth is straightforward, and comprehensive training will be provided before the event dates.
