Grocery Outlet Ice Cream Demo

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors for in-store ice cream demonstrations at Grocery Outlet locations. This role is perfect for those who enjoy engaging with the public and have a passion for promoting delicious products.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for setting up and conducting ice cream sampling events, interacting with customers, and highlighting the unique qualities of our ice cream offerings. Your goal will be to create a memorable experience for shoppers and drive product awareness and sales.

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information and answer questions
• Set up and break down demonstration stations
• Ensure a clean and inviting presentation of products
• Collect customer feedback and report on demonstration success

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, outgoing, and possess excellent communication skills. Previous experience in promotions, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required. A genuine love for ice cream is, however, highly encouraged!
