About This Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors for a statewide outreach tour across Georgia. • Community Outreach Specialists
  • Event Setup/Breakdown Support

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and break down event footprint, including tents, signage, tables, chairs, and games.
  • Engage with community members in a welcoming and informative manner.
  • Distribute promotional materials and branded giveaways.
  • Provide accurate information and support attendees with enrollment-related questions.
  • Assist with light food and beverage service (coffee/tea truck at select events).
  • Maintain a clean, organized event space and manage foot traffic.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus for many locations.
  • Prior outreach, healthcare, nonprofit, or tabling experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to confidently and kindly guide attendees through provided information.
  • Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude.
  • Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check.
  • Safe Serve or Food Handler Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality required.

Event Locations:

Events will take place across Georgia, including but not limited to: Lowndes, Houston, Forsyth, Camden, Colquitt, Elbert, Worth, Hall, Gwinnett, Bartow, and Fulton counties.

Flexible Scheduling & Team Building:

While there will be at least 25 events from late September through December, you are not expected to work every event. We are building a team of staff members who will rotate coverage across the calendar. Whether you're available for just a few dates or many, we encourage you to apply. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about public service, community outreach, or education to be part of a mission-driven initiative connecting Georgia residents with essential resources.
