Join Pyramid Consulting Group for an exciting opportunity as a Liquor/Wine/Beer On-Premise Specialist, catering to upscale events and venues. We are seeking polished and professional individuals with a strong background in hospitality to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide meticulous butler service, including handling and balancing Sterling Silver platters and trays with champagne or highball glassware.
• Expertly open and pour champagne, ensuring no spills.
• Maintain a poised and professional demeanor while interacting with clients.
• Stand for the entire duration of shifts while providing continuous service.

Requirements:

• Previous catering experience, restaurant server experience, or bartender experience is essential.
• Ability to hold a 2 lbs Sterling Silver platter for at least 30 minutes.
• Ability to balance a Sterling Silver tray with up to 6 champagne or highball glasses.
• Adherence to strict dress code: loose-fitting long sleeve black t-shirt (no logos/designs), black slacks (wide leg preferred), black belt (no branding), black socks, solid black boots (Doc Martens or similar).
• No jewelry, neutral grooming and makeup are required.
