Firefly Events Customer Engagement

Join Firefly Events, Inc. as a Brand Ambassador and be part of a dynamic team delivering engaging event experiences. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help create memorable moments for our clients.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our events. Your duties will include assisting with the loading and unloading of game supplies and maintaining scorekeeping for event games. You will also be the face of Firefly Events, interacting with guests, answering inquiries, and clarifying instructions as directed by the onsite lead. A lively and entertaining presence is essential, as this role involves engaging with and addressing groups.

You will also be capturing the fun, taking photos during events and uploading images to a shared link. Fluency in English is required, both spoken and understood.

Our events are designed to be fun and interactive, providing staff with a unique opportunity to engage in a non-work environment. A competitive element is included to unify teams toward a common goal as they rotate through our iron team challenge stations. These challenges are adapted from actual team-building exercises, focusing on communication, critical thinking, and teamwork.

For events, professional and presentable attire is required. This includes clean, well-maintained solid black athletic pants or golf shorts, and solid black polos or similar business casual athletic tops. Please ensure there is no large or visible branding/logos. Clean and good condition athletic shoes are permitted. Please note, short shorts and tank tops are not allowed.
