About This Role

We are seeking an adaptable and motivated individual for a Set-up/Labor Help position to assist with our event at the University of North Carolina.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete set up and dismantle of the event space. This includes:
  • Unloading box trucks
  • Unpacking display properties
  • Lifting and assembly of display assets and graphics
  • Assisting the onsite manager with event setup
  • Dismantling and repacking assets after the event
Heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and ladder climbing are required.

Event Schedule:
  • Set Up: Wednesday, October 29th - approximately 6-8 hours, times TBD
  • Dismantle: Thursday, October 30th - after event completion, approximately 4 hours, times TBD
***MUST BE AVAILABLE BOTH DAYS***

Attire:
  • Solid color, unbranded shirt (preferably black)
  • Shorts/T-shirts
  • Sneakers
Please avoid large logos, pictures, sayings, or torn clothing. Bring your own food and drinks for breaks.
