Event Details

- Staff Hours:
- Shift 1 (Load In): 6:00 am - 10:00 am
- Shift 2 (Load Out): 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm (TBD until completion)
Dress Code
- Attire: Black or neutral athletic shorts/pants, shirts, and sneakers are required. Please dress comfortably, as this is an outdoor event.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the load-in and load-out of event assets such as monitors, rolling carts, and SEG frames.
- Collaborate directly with Tour Managers to ensure smooth event setup.
- Keep the event footprint organized and safe throughout the day.
- Support moving and lifting items up to 50 lbs as necessary.
- Maintain a professional, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach.
