Job Overview
HP and 2020 Companies are joining forces to hire an enthusiastic HP Territory Retail Sales Representative in Charleston. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in dynamic retail environments where they can effectively boost sales and brand awareness for HP products across multiple stores.
In this role, you will visit 1 to 4 stores daily and collaborate with retail associates to train them on HP offerings. Through effective demonstrations and engaging activities, you will create excitement and awareness around the HP brand. Your goal will be to establish and maintain strategic relationships with store management and staff, ensuring HP’s products are front and center.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate HP products to store management, staff, and customers.
- Conduct training and hands-on consumer-facing activities to enhance product awareness.
- Monitor and achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs.
- Build and maintain rapport with retailers in your territory.
- Schedule and facilitate sales training sessions.
- Evaluate customer needs and provide relevant product recommendations.
- Document sales activities, schedules, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Ensure brand merchandising meets HP’s standards and guidelines.
- Provide mentorship to part-time colleagues.
- Manage a defined territory independently.

Requirements
