Karma Casting is seeking a Part-Time Field Sales Representative for Sweet Justice.

Location: Charleston, Charleston, South Carolina (includes regular market visits and monthly overnight travel to nearby cities in South Carolina and North Carolina)

Employment Type: Part-Time (approximately 20–30 hours per week)

A recently launched THC beverage brand is seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to support distributor partnerships and build sales momentum in the Carolinas. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to represent a growing, innovative product in a dynamic market.

Position Summary
The Part-Time Field Sales Representative will serve as the primary in-market contact to strengthen distributor relationships, drive account engagement, and increase product visibility. The ideal candidate will have a background in beverage alcohol sales and a proven ability to work independently while achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners and retail accounts.
  • Conduct regular account visits, staff trainings, and in-market promotions to increase product awareness and sales velocity.
  • Monitor market trends and provide timely feedback to sales leadership.
  • Coordinate and complete monthly overnight travel within South Carolina and North Carolina to service priority markets.
  • Manage product samples and marketing materials, ensuring proper inventory and presentation standards.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in beverage alcohol sales required (beer, wine, spirits, or ready-to-drink).
  • Demonstrated success in supplier or distributor roles with a track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Ability to lift and transport product samples and marketing materials as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the region.

Compensation and Benefits:
