Role Overview
As an Inventory Manager for Brand Emotion, your primary responsibility will be to maintain meticulous accountability for inventory in collaboration with a renowned healthcare provider. This role is essential for ensuring that the Field Operations team has the necessary supplies to execute their tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an initial count of all inventory items upon receipt, including those tagged with unique ID numbers.
- Deliver weekly updates to this inventory count, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Facilitate open supply pickup windows at the storage unit 2-3 times a week during accessible working hours.
- Maintain documentation of supplies given to and returned by Field Representatives.
- Occasionally assist by delivering supplies to new representatives starting in the field.
- Answer basic inquiries regarding supplies from representatives.
- Meet with representatives who are leaving the program within 48 hours to retrieve any remaining assets.
- Maintain open communication with warehousing partners, promptly informing stakeholders of any issues.
- Follow all protocols for unit closure, including proper trash removal.
- Be capable of lifting items over 20 pounds and working in dusty, dirty, and variable temperature environments.
Language Skills
- Must be fully proficient in speaking and understanding English.
