- Schedule and facilitate product training sessions to enhance the knowledge of sales associates.
- Assess customer needs and make tailored product recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Document and report on sales activities, schedules, and best practices for continuous improvement.
- Provide insight from customer feedback to enhance strategies.
- Ensure brand standards are followed in the merchandising display across retail locations.
- Coach and mentor part-time coworkers to ensure sales targets are met.
This independent role allows you to manage your own territory with minimal oversight, positioning you prominently in the retail landscape of HP products.
