Role Overview
As an integral part of Lime Media, your role involves managing logistics for our dynamic event activations across varying locations. You will ensure our branded assets arrive safely and punctually while serving as the primary point of contact for clients at events.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and manage large branded DOT vehicles in specific markets and/or nationwide.
- Set up and break down event installations, ensuring everything is in place for successful activations.
- Lift and maneuver equipment weighing 75-100+ lbs as needed.
- Engage in various onsite tasks during event activations and maintain equipment and vehicles in pristine condition.
- Oversee brand ambassadors and production assistants when needed to execute brand awareness campaigns.
- Conduct sampling and guerrilla marketing activities at restaurants, venues, and bars.
Work Environment
This position is primarily on-site and involves travel to various destinations. Expect irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on the tour schedule. You'll interact with clients and vendors in diverse settings and maintain consistent communication with various stakeholders, including consumers and agencies.

Requirements
- • 3+ years driving large vehicles
- • Valid DOT Medical Card certification
- • Valid Driver's License
- • Mechanically and technically inclined
- • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- • Friendly and effective communication skills
- • 3+ years experience in guerrilla marketing and sampling
